New Business:
- Grube Annexation – Cocalico Rd. Plans recommended for approval, and plans signed. Planning Module Non-Building Waiver also approved/signed.
Old Business:
Nestle – Bethany Rd. – Land Development Plan. Board recommended for approval & plans signed.
Note: Engineer signature missing on sheet PP-1 regarding the basins being underlain by limestone. Request Design Engineer sign/date prior to Lebanon County Planning approval and plan recording.
Correspondence:
- Notice from Lebanon County Planning Dept. Zoning Administrator, Song Kim stating that they will begin issuing zoning permits for Fences, Walls, & Hedges. The Planning Commission recommends that these permits not be required. It will cause undue hardship for applicants and Zoning Dept. does not have the manpower to monitor/inspect installations. We recommend Board of Supervisors advise Lebanon County NOT to require these permits.
