- Alvin Stoltzfus – 117 Richland Rd. – AG Zone. Sect. 6.03.D variance application to allow a lot larger than 2 acres to be subdivided. Sec. 6.05 to permit proposed lot to be less than 50 acres. No attached information explaining justification.
- Burnell H. and Darlene H. Martin Land Development plan withdrawn from review by Lebanon Co. Planning Dept.
- Paul Kurtz – Stricklerstown Rd. would like to build 2nd home on his lot (also has trucking business located on this lot). Property zoned C-2 Residential not a permitted use in this zone and would need a variance.
- Bill Hogeland – requesting update on zoning ordinance recommendations. Planning made recommendations in Dec. 2014.
