MINUTES OF APRIL 23, 2014
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman Donald R. Leibig, commencing with the Pledge to the Flag.

PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Ron Lutz was present for the Recreation Board to ask for some stone and diamond tex for the Newburg field. The backstop has arrived and he is planning a work session to install it on Saturday. Leibig will make sure it’s available.

Motion by Leibig to award the 500 Ton anti-skid and 400 Ton Superpave 9.5 mm wearing to Pennsy Supply. Seconded by Weidman. All aye, motion carried.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Tire Collection was briefly discussed.
NEW BUSINESS:
Millcreek-Richland Joint Authority resignation letter from Todd Muzieneck was read. Motion by Leibig to accept his resignation from the Sewer Authority and have our Secretary send a letter thanking him for his time he put in. Seconded by Hogeland. All aye, motion carried.
Possible road projects for this year was briefly discussed. (Round Barn Rd – .03 of a mile)
Letter from Supervisor Weidman requesting he be excused from July 9th meeting was read.
BILLS/TREASURERS REPORT:Motion by Leibig to accept the Treasurers Report and pay the bills, as money is available. Seconded by Weidman. All aye, motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Hogeland to adjourn the meeting at 7:43 P.M. Seconded by Weidman. All aye, motion carried.
