The members reviewed the letter dated March 3, 2014 from the Lebanon County Planning Department to approve the preliminary subdivision – Richland View. It was noted that Sydney Nolt’s name was not included in the cover letter’s list of neighboring property owners with whom applicable easement agreements have been executed and recorded. Mr. Nolt previously visited a Millcreek Township Planning Commission meeting to complain about the water runoff from Richland View being a hardship for his property. Our members want the Lebanon County Planning Department to explain how Mr. Nolt’s complaints have been resolved.
