Minutes:  July 3, 2013 minutes accepted as written.

Reports:  none

 

Subdivisions: 

  • Sites Subdivision: “A”      Agricultural Zone one lot subdivision w/private access street.  Lebanon County Planning dept. approval      letter received.  Plan recommended      for conditional approval subject to an agreement between the three lot      owners who will be party to the private street being prepared, reviewed,      and executed.  Planning Module      approved & completed subject to agreement.

 

  • Matthew Nolt Poultry Barns LBP      on Krumstown Rd. – Board reviewed submission – only comment is key      map township names are incorrect.       Plan subject to review by Lebanon County Planning dept. &      Lebanon County Conservation District.

 

  • Richland View –  Jim Henke of Pioneer Management LLC      presented Planning Module for approval/completion for single lot proposed      in Millcreek Township.  This is not      to be construed as recommendation for project subdivision approval.  Lebanon County Planning Dept. has      indicated that all subdivision issues/concerns are separate from the Planning      Module and will be addressed.       Planning Module approved and completed.

 

  • Plumpton Manor – Brad Grauel      of OTM,LLC presented latest plan for quarry property on Bethany Rd.  Mr. Grauel indicated he has spoken with      Lebanon County Planning Dept. concerning the annexation/reorganization of      separate tracts in anticipation of future open space development on the      lower elevations.  Discussion      regarding preserved open space and lot access to upper tracts ensued.  Mr. Grauel indicated more research      necessary prior to submission.  The      Annexation Plan does not create individual building lots nor access to      Residue Tracts 3, 4, 5, 6, & Annexation parcel 7A, and is noted on      plan.

Old Business:

  • Lebanon      County SALDO revisions:  Board had no review comments at this      time.

 

New Business:

  • Lebanon      County Stormwater Management ordinance draft here for our review and comment.       Board has no comments at this time.

 

  • Bennetch      Bridge replacement at 31 Stouchsburg Rd. – General Permit #11      required.  Vortex Environmental,      Inc. notification of application to DEP made and request for Land Use      review and comments.  Board has no      Land Use comments.

 

  • Lebanon      County Clean Water Alliance info reviewed – no action.
