Minutes: Sept. 2, 2020 minutes accepted as written. Motion to accept CT, seconded by RB.
Business:
- Lowell Hartzell attended to discuss possible subdivision of property located in I-2 zone adjacent to his. Planning Board suggested bringing sketch of what he would like to do to County Planning to review any zoning issues. Also, to review Millcreek Township Private Street ordinance as it may be applicable.
- Scott Sweigart from Zoning Hearing Board attended to discuss importance of updating Millcreek Township Zoning Ordinance. Recent zoning trends include many uses not covered in our current zoning. Board in agreement and recommend to Board of Supervisors that funding possibilities be researched (grants) in order to hire a consultant to assist in this endeavor.
- Webinar – information about a webinar by PA State Association of Boroughs concerning zoning ordinances & protection from challenges discussed. Karen Krater requested to participate.
Correspondence reviewed:
- Lebanon County Conservation District E & S approval – J. Sclesky, 138 Cocalico Rd. – was a building permit obtained for shed?
