Minutes:  July 1, 2020 minutes approved as written.  Motion to accept RB, KK second.

Business:

1.) Gress subdivision, 153 N. Sheridan Rd. – single lot subdivision of 1.699 Ac.  that includes ex. Dwelling and accessory structures.  Residue land is 87+ Acres, that will contain ex. Barn & corn crib.  Lebanon County Planning Dept. satisfactory letter received with plans.  Board reviewed plans and recommend for approval.  Plans signed.

Case 1-20 ZHB petition by David Ziegler, 811A Weavertown Rd. Special Exception to allow a dog kennel use on 193.64 Ac. property. Property zoned Agricultural. Board discussed and recommends a kennel be allowed per Sect. 6.04J & Sect. 21.02E 1 – 8 of the zoning ordinance, provided there are provisions for noise control and sufficient buffer/screening to adjacent properties.

3.) 5G Technology – Health and environmental impact information as supplied by Linda Beck reviewed.  The Board agrees 5G radiation is a hazard & recommends the BOS review this most recent literature and reconsider the adoption of previously recommended resolution and/or ordinance.

Old Business:

Rissler property/Weavertown Rd. still operating as “short term rental” property.  Is this in accordance with cease operations letter issued by owner received by Lebanon County & Millcreek Township?
