Minutes: April 2, 2019 approved as written; motion made by CT second MH.
Reports: none
Business:
- Kraft Code Services/Jeff Fiant presented information on company services. They work with a number of municipalities as zoning officer, building code inspectors, etc. Advantages to their company vs Lebanon County appear to be speed of addressing violations & knowledge of inspectors and zoning code officials. Introductory materials outlining their services provided for Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors to review. Additional presentations can be made at a Supervisors meeting.
- Rissler’s ZHB decision (Case #2018-01) It appears that some of conditions may be in violation per “Mansion in Pines” website. Board recommends zoning officer or Solicitor monitor and/or issue notice of any violations.
- Lancaster County Planning Commission Community planning tool #2 on Short-term Rental Regulation – Board will review this information and advise on modifications to Millcreek Twp. ordinance as applicable.
- 5G technology information: Sample ordinance to be distributed to Board members for review. Upcoming Lancaster County Commissioners meeting May 22, 2019 where ordinances & setbacks will be discussed as well as potentional health risks. Board to review information and recommend possible ordinance.
