Reports:
Solicitor John Enck presented information regarding the Rissler ZHB petition for variance and reported on ZHB hearings. Property located on Weavertown Road. Discussion ensued concerning air BNB’s, event venues, short term rentals, Millcreek Township Ordinance and compatibility. Board to review information further and possibly make recommendations to the ZHB.
General:
Planning goals and objectives for 2019 discussed. Schedule additional meetings to achieve if necessary.
NOTE: Request general meeting on Jan. 9th & 16th at 7 PM be advertised for any matters that may come before the Planning & Zoning Commission. Motion by CT/second by KK.
