- Clarence Weaver parcel along E. Reistville Rd. & SR 419 in Millcreek Twp. & Heidelberg Twp.- request from Yourshaw Engineering Inc. to waive our right to review, and defer all review to Heidelberg Township. Motion made by M. Horst and seconded by R. Brandt to recommend waive review and defer to Heidelberg Township since all disturbance & storm water flows are within Heidelberg Township. (All in favor).
- Dollar General along E. Main St. – Transportation Impact Study. The Board has concerns about vehicular/tractor trailer truck circulation thru this site. The Transportation Impact Study will need clarification in order for the Board to understand enough to review per consultant request. We request the consultant attend our next scheduled meeting (Nov. 2, 2016, 7 PM) to discuss report and its implications. Has a Land Development plan been submitted?
