Minutes:  Sept. 4, 2013 minutes accepted as written.                       

Reports:  none

 

New Business: 

  • Todd Lange Subdivision – located on the      east side of W. Texter Mission Rd. just north of theLancaster      County line.  E-1 District, 2      residential building lots.  Lebanon      Co. Planning Dept. approval letter attached.  Board recommends approval, plans      signed.  Planning Module recommended      for approval, completed and signed.
  • Board reviewed Section 16.03Accessory      Buildings & Section 16.14 Accessory Uses.  Accessory building setbacks were revised      recently to conform to side yard setback requirements of existing      zone.  Intent at that time had been to      include Accessory Use setbacks as well.       Therefore the Planning Commission recommends setbacks for accessory      uses be revised accordingly.  In the      meantime, the Board requests a letter of intent be issued to Lebanon County      Planning Dept. to clarify this issue should applications affected by this      zoning revision be submitted for their review.

Old Business:

Richland View – Courtesy copy of revised submission to Lebanon Co. Planning Dept. reviewed.  No comments at this time.
